Allison has a BA in Finance and an MBA in Business from the University of Houston. She retired from ExxonMobil after 32 years of working primarily in global Procurement operations. Early in her career, she worked in Human Resources. 

Additional volunteer activities in the Austin area include serving on the St. David’s Episcopal Church Building Committee and previously mentoring, through Kid’s Hope, at Travis Heights Elementary School.
