BOARD MEMBER NOMINATION

Impact Austin accepts nominations for our Board of Directors.

 

New Board members are expected to:

  • Be an Impact Austin member

  • Serve a 3-year commitment beginning July 1, with an optional 2-year extension

  • Attend monthly Board meetings and ad-hoc special meetings

  • Serve on at least one Board Standing Committee (Advancement, Finance, Governance, People, Strategic Planning)

  • Make an additional financial commitment to operations and the endowment fund
