Becky Austen is Co-Chair of the Strategic Advisory Council and Chair of Grants and Strategic Partnerships with Impact Austin. 

Becky is Lighthouse Director at Allies Against Slavery, a nonprofit dedicated to combating human trafficking, and was previously an executive at IBM. Becky is Chair of the City of Austin Commission for Women, and has served on the boards of Girlstart, Texas Advocacy Project, Austin Women in Technology, Girls Rock Austin and Austin Gifted. Becky participated in the Leadership Austin Essentials and Fellows programs, Leadership Texas, and has a BA in mathematics from Vassar College.
